Hooray! Another Cougar Town fan! Must say I’m tired of Piven. He acts exactly the same in every role, always kinda jerky. I think Chandra Wilson indicates too much. As in, I’m going for “angry” now. Or, here’s my “I’m-verbally-kicking-your-ass” speech. I feel like she’s always going for a big Emmy moment.

Smolder's the perfect word to describe Panjabi. Have you ever watched Cougar Town? I really enjoy Modern Family but Cougar makes me laugh even more. It might have something to do with the fact the humor is often inappropriate and more, um, adult.

I’m thinking what Yeti9000 said, but happily, I’m not blogging about it so don’t have to try and write something fresh.

Happy to see plenty of nods for Modern Family, as I personally love it a lot ~ makes me laugh out loud often, and I think I even slapped my thigh once.

Archie Panjabi is captivating on screen in that part ~ her character adds a nice smoulder to the mix!

Eh. Don’t care too much, but I love Jon Hamm and Mad Men, in general. I’m pumped about Kurt’s dad from Glee, too, because I really love that story line. Other than that, there are just so many darn award shows and so many people spending so much darn money, I get annoyed. It’s great to be recognized for stuff, but these days it just seems to expand exponentially all the time. They get paid so much as it is.

Do I sound bitter? Ok, maybe that’s just broke-ass me talking. I’ll shut up now. Um, and I LOVE chick from Modern Family. What’s her name? Gloria. Hilarious. And dang. If I could have her body, I would never complain about anything again. Ok, probably a lie. But still. I’d complain less.

I’m also psyched about Friday Night Lights finally getting some love. While I’m not quite a fan of that series, Connie Britton and Kyle Chandler have been what made the few eps I saw take shape. And I’m so happy they finally got recognition.

As for Glee, yes I’m extatic. I was only expecting noms for Lynch and Chenoweth, but then Chris Colfer and Mike O’Malley got squeezed in the list as well.

I hope Elizabeth Mitchell wins the Emmy, as a backslap to former nominee voters. I cannot believe they overlooked her in former seasons (specially in “The Incident”!).

Jim Parsons’s second nom. Hell yeah! But I’m kind’a sad Courtney Cox got snubbed.

Anyway, I think this one is a pretty good list of nominees. Let’s see who the winners turn out to be.
