Super Bowl Sunday is known for its pushing-the-envelope commercials. At least this one is coming from a healthy place. NBC got it wrong.

Geez, I’m glad NBC listed all the imagery, it took repeated viewings (pure research, mind you) to see all the imagery they had a problem with. Is NBC run by the PTA or something?

I might have eaten more fiber when I was kid if commercials like this had aired. I sometimes view what PETA does as domestic terrorism, but I have to say they got it right this time.

The ad looks to me like a Victoria Secret spoof Saturday Night Live might do.

It’s debatable whether PETA ever intended for it to run.

It reminds me of the hoopla over a supposed proposal to put ads for a Spider Man movie on bases in Major League Baseball.

Millions of dollars worth of earned media.
