I am an admirer as well. I think the role I would most like to see him play is Sir Percy Blakeney, aka The Scarlet Pimpernel. He perfectly fits the character description, and he has the talent to play it perfectly.

my comment is RPJ was just grand on MI-5.. why remove him.. if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.. also it might be better for his family if he stays in England..Hollyweird is not a good place for families… best to you RPJ

Update: The series now has a title, The Forgotten. ABC's upfronts won't be until May 19 but the trades are reporting the pilot has a good chance of getting picked up!

Don’t get the thighs reference, but I agree with both of you, Mr. Penry-Jones is a very strong actor and he has no peer in America.

He would have been a good Henry in Time Traveller’s Wife.

I wish I had more details for you but this is all I know. Even the link in my article to the Hollywood Reporter doesn’t tell you any more. But RPJ could come here and play almost anything (except maybe a woman) and I’d be excited!
