I’m so sorry you had to sit through Revenge of the Fallen. No way am I going anywhere near that. I checked out the first one from my library and it only cost me $1 but I still wanted my money and time back afterwards.

I absolutely agree that Bullock was very impressive in that hilarious nude scene, both with her comedic timing and buff body.

I really enjoyed this movie, and I’m a fan of the smart and sexy Ms. Bullock (glad to see her return to the romantic comedy genre). I also agree with you re: Reynolds (who also came up in my estimation with this and the fun short stint in Wolverine). Plus, how many mid-40’s actresses could do that hysterical nude scene (and look that good in her birthday suit)? Not many. And I needed to see a good movie given that I had just taken my 13 yr. old to see the bad Revenge of the Fallen (a perfect title for a Michael Bay film, if you ask me). Thanks, PCN.

Haven’t seen it. I actually don’t know if it has arrived in Mexico or hasn’t, but I’ll certainly will check it out today!

I’ll definitely see it. ‘Though I often find Bullock as an actress I would rather see in my TV (and laughing my brains out confortably at home!), I sometimes find it irresistible to go and see her at the movies. I just love her (and the fact that she’s hot definitely helps!).

Oscar Nunez and Sandra Bullock ought to do a movie as a couple! That would be awesome! And maybe Luis Guzman could play his brother. I would pay money to see that one!

I, too, was in low-expectation mode when I saw The Proposal and was pleasantly surprised. I figured it would be a meandering piece of fluff that ultimately would leave me wondering why I had wasted my time with it, like 27 Dresses or Made of Honor.

It was well-directed and acted (Bullock makes Reynolds charming). And Oscar Nunez was hilarious. So was the eternally funny Betty White.

I really enjoyed it. I laughed out loud quite a bit and it stayed with me.
