I know what you mean about Sarsgaard. He’s one of those actors who can come off as either a cockroach or your best friend. It seems that Hollywood has decided he’s more fun as a cockroach. And, as long as the money is good, who’s to blame him?

Hope to see Carey Mulligan continue to make strong choices as an actress. I don’t think Wall Street 2 is a good one, but it appears An Education is a good start.

I have been personally dying to see this movie since I started hearing about that young upstart, Carey Mulligan. I want to hate her already, but I understand she’s actually quite sweet and nice.

This definitely sounds like a movie I’m going to make a special effort to see. That was an interesting observation on Sarsgaard’s casting – maybe he needs a break-out role? He’s obviously falling into a type-cast.
