I’ll just be watching along for what looks good to snag on DVD. I’m anxiously awaiting new seaons of NCIS, BONES, PSYCH, BURN NOTICE, CASTLE…of course, it’ll take me TWO years to get through those seasons on DVD.

I have been getting the urge to start a new afghan, which means I’ll need something to occupy my ears while I crochet…

Does this stream of consciousness nonsense I’m typing have anything to do with your post? I better stop…

The cancellations don’t surprise or disappoint me, and I’ll keep my fingers crossed for some new excellence to surface ~ not that I really need any more TV shows to follow!

That L & O cancelation I didn’t find shocking. After so many years, the theme reached a saturation point w/ me awhile back. I did find it surprising though that the bright peacock folk thought doing L&O:LA — again — was a good idea. They attempted that a few years back, and it went over as well as the BIONIC WOMAN remake. Wait a minute! I take the bright adj. back — this is NBC we’re talking about. 🙂

I’m with debbied with a GH doc by Scorsese. Bring it on. I’m also looking forward to the Wall St. sequel. There’s too much in our current era for a director/writer like Oliver Stone to not have a field day with it (and Wall St. has earned it, for sure!).

Thanks, Elyse>

I haven’t seen the previews for Good Guys; I think I FF through the ads too fast. Let me know if it’s good. So glad you and your mom loved Babies. Did you have a favorite? I love Bayar!

EIREGO—Yup, I’m hoping for shiny pennies, too. And good shows wouldn’t hurt, either.

There’s not a lot of excitement here. More than one of these look like they are using leftover sets from Dirty Sexy Money and every show ever shot in Canada.

But, you never know, something might be a shiny new penny in this stack of recirculated coins.

I had no idea Scorcese was doing a doc on George Harrison–thanks for making my Monday! I’m a huge fan of Harrison and highly recommend checking out the “Concert for George” dvd if you haven’t seen it. Great, great, news. Have you seen the ads for “Good Guys” with Bradley Whitford and Colin Hanks? It’s a Fox show that airs this week. It looks interesting to me and I’ll probably check it out.
By the way, took my mom to see “Babies” on Mother’s Day–we absolutely LOVED it!! Thanks for heads up. 🙂
