I haven’t heard of it, but I haven’t heard of much lately with no TV. My sister was just telling me how much my nephew loves Toy Story 3 so it would be a good Xmas gift for him, and I thought to myself, “I want Toy Story 3, too.”

That scene in the trailer with the hero giving himself a wedgie kind of put me off.

I am probably one of the few people out there getting sick of the animated selections available. Haven’t seen anything even on the level of The Lion King in quite a while.

Do you think stars are just doing animated films so they can appear more hip to their kids and nieces/nephews these days?

I agree with you that casting on this seems lazy. Remember when they cast Robbie Benson as the Beast in Beauty and the Beast? That was inspired!

BTW: Sorry for not commenting in a while, PCN. I barely have enough time to read your posts lately, but I didn’t want you to think I don’t care. LOL!

This is a time honored tradition for me, but they are growing up and I need to be entertained as well. In other words: Thanks for the review, PCN, I think I’ll look at Megamind as a last resort type of choice this year.
