Loved the acting, in general. I thought the performance, as brief as many of them were, were superb. And Dobby… oh Dobby…

I’d felt more of a connection between them than Hermione and Ron, so was kind of surprised when it took that turn. The books and movies scare the heck out of me ~ I don’t think I could have watched them when I was a kid!!

Awesome, I suggest everyone experience the film this way. I boldly wore my official Hogwarts T-Shirt and, yes, I strutted into the theater. Don’t remember how many kids I pushed out of the way while looking for the best seat in the house, but is it really important?

I really enjoyed HP7! It was fun and scary (yes, I screamed like a little girl at one scene in particular) and a helluva lot of fun. I will probably check it out again over the T-Day weekend. It is with more than a bit of melancholy that I look forward to HP7.5 / HP8. I know it will be completely action packed and a wonder to behold, but I will miss this franchise. Hollywood got it right with adapting this series of books to the big screen.

[I was able to avoid your spoiler section for all of 10 seconds. Same for the trailer you’ve got posted. ;-p] We hate the crowds enough that we’ll wait a bit before going to see it. Unfortunately, our IMAX is still closed due to May’s flood damage. I really like seeing these films on the BIG screen.
