While reading your review, I realized I’ve no recollection of ever hearing Jackie speak. Ever. She was an icon, like Marilyn, but Jackie is one of the few icons I don’t associate with an actual voice. Is that because film was still kind of new back then and therefore recordings were reserved for stars in movies and famous heads of state speeches?

This is one of those films I had planned to see for the curiosity factor more than the acting. The trailer didn’t show me much.
