Overall, it was one of my favorite may books (Come West and See was also a weird, rather spectacular short story collection).

Ditto on the Koryta, who I had kind of given up on (sorry, Michael!) since the mystical is not my jam. I get the sense this one is more similar to his series work, which I ADORE.

Sensing a theme, I also had no inclination to pick up HE, but Mr. PCN has now talked me into it.

Damn you all, I don’t have time for these shenanigans.
